      FACULTY the word which not only refers to a teacher but also to motivation, discipline, care and affection. The exact example for faculty is our IIIT teaching staff. Our faculty are mostly graduated in IITs and NITs. Some of them are national players. Coming to the teaching point....they not only just say some formula or theory they give us many practical examples which leads to learning and doing method. 

 

     Every day they try to motivate us to get settled in our life. They encourage our skills in different fields. They always push you towards your passion.t In Btech from the first year onwards our teachers guide us to reach heights in our career. First day onwards most of the faculty teach us from a GATE point of view. They analyse each question in a broad sense so that every student can understand easily and can solve real-life problems. In lab sessions, they try to interact with every student and guide a student in doing practicals. 

 

     RGUKT ( AP - IIIT ) faculty tells us about competition outside. Most of the faculty worked in the companies, they share their experience with us. They develop a friendly environment in which students never feel away from home. IIIT faculty always try to interact with students in every aspect like branch games, teachers day, they conduct meetings. Without comparing we can say IIIT is best always.

 

   

        Coming to the RGUKT faculty, most of them are MTECH graduates and PHD doctorates...The faculty here are not only the lecturers...These are the people who are always there for the student's problems and help them every time where faculty’s help is needed...They not only lead us in academics but also the extracurricular activities...They help the students in achieving their goals through their guidance...

they are the critical agents in student success, They contribute to student success through social and as well as the academics through advising and mentorship...

And coming to the labs and workshops, the students always show special interest to go there as there is always an enthusiasm to them to know about the new things in which faculty are well educated and made much efforts to give the students deep knowledge about the experiments in the lab...

      They help maximize the student's success by finding the creative and variety of ways to reach their destination....faculty plays a crucial role in each RGUKTians life as they are the mentors of their future success...They persuade the students to achieve their goals...They always strengthen the students both physically and mentally...As both students and faculty reside on the campus, they always built a healthy and strong relationship...And students always feel like they home as they are not many restrictions and pressures from the faculty...Faculty always treat students in a friendly manner and they don’t insist to do things forcefully...These special qualities in the RGUKT’s faculty make RGUKT a very beautiful University always...

 

      In RGUKT ( AP – IIIT ) teaching style is quite different from other colleges. Here, the learning system is “ learning by doing ” like IIT’s and NIT’s. Teachers will guide every student and encourage learning by doing practically.
